Using industry designed solutions, this service includes a surface assessment and a pest control program specifically tailored by our technician and is suitable for both domestic and commercial application. We target common household pests including cockroaches, silverfish, spiders and ants.

What is involved in a Pest Control treatment?

Step 1

Spray all skirting boards through out premises.

Step 2

Spray around the outside perimeter of the building including around windows, doors and eaves.

Step 3

Treat inside all cupboards within the building with cockroach gels (cupboards do not need to be emptied).

Step 4

Treat underneath all major appliances with permethrin dust e.g fridges, dishwashers and other white goods.

Step 5

If the premises has a roof cavity, this is treated with permethrin dust using a blowing machine. This treatment is important because this is where most pests, particularly spiders, live.

Flea Treatments

Using a specifically formulated solution for fleas, this service includes a surface and infestation assessment and a management program specially tailored by our technician. This is designed to eradicate and/or prevent flea infestations and is an essential requirement of most rental properties on exit if an animal was present during the tenancy. Suitable for both domestic and commercial premises.

Spray all carpeted rooms with a specific flea solution.

Step 2

Spray all skirting boards and hard surface areas with specific flea solution.

Step 3

Spray around the outside perimeter of the property with specific flea solution.

Rodent Treatments

This service includes a property investigation and a management program specifically tailored by our technician. This is designed to eradicate and/or prevent rodent inhabitancy. Suitable for both domestic and commercial application.
